Reviews and Ratings
The hotel overlooks the loch and offers basic rooms with some cleanliness issues. While the rooms may not be suitable for taller guests and lack TV remotes, the surrounding views are beautiful although the cleanliness could be improved.
The hotel rooms are nice to look at but lack atmosphere, offering a poor choice of evening menu. The staff need better coordination, especially during breakfast service which was a complete shambles. The rooms are okay but could use updating.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious with a loch view, but unfortunately, it was an attic room with moldy shower tiles, no TV remote, and not suitable for tall individuals. The service was a mixed bag, with pleasant staff like Rachel and Atilla but some issues with orders and timing. The location was stunning, perfect for walks, but lacked easy access to the Loch Ard view. The dining experience had its moments with a reasonable selection but also some disappointments. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
